About Joanna Hummel, APN
Joanna Hummel, APN, is a nationally certified and state licensed Family Nurse Practitioner at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C. She is board certified through the ANCC.
Joanna attended the University of Pennsylvania undergraduate nursing program where she obtained a Bachelor's degree. She was a recipient of the school's Sands Scholarship program. Post-graduation, Joanna worked as a registered nurse for a number of years in the ICU at Princeton Medical Center as well as a cardiac ICU in San Diego, California.
She also completed a Master's of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Pennsylvania focusing on family health.
At Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., Joanna cares for patients across the lifespan for wellness visits, chronic illness management, as well as for more acute concerns. She is passionate about being a health care resource for her patients and providing them with current evidence-based medicine. Joanna believes in working as a teammate with her patients in order to provide personalized and effective care.
