About Kaity Jackson

Kaity Jackson, PT, DPT, SCS, is an orthopedic and sports physical therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. She is a board-certified sports clinical specialist.

Kaity graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Studies, where she was also a member of the Varsity Women's Rowing Team. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. During her time in Pittsburgh, Kaity was also an assistant coach for Pitt's Rowing Club.

Since moving to New Jersey, Kaity has worked with several local youth and collegiate programs as their PT and strength and conditioning coach. She is currently a PT for the US Rowing Team.

Kaity is a manual therapist, utilizing soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility, strength, and function. She is an endurance athlete herself, so she understands how to maintain health and wellness while maximizing performance. 

At Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., Kaity's treatment programs focus on restoring proper biomechanics and injury prevention so that her patients are able to return to the activities and sports they enjoy.
