Lemuel Figueroa, DO, CAQSM

Lemuel Figueroa, DO, CAQSM, is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He specializes in the evaluation and non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries and sports-related conditions in athletes and active individuals of all ages.

Dr. Figueroa earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Central Connecticut State University, where he developed a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and on-field care. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by residency training in family medicine at Rowan University SOM.

 He then completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Atlantic Health Sports Medicine in Morristown, New Jersey, during which he worked directly with the New York Jets medical staff.

Dr. Figueroa is passionate about working with athletes and active individuals of all ages, from youth and high-school athletes to weekend warriors and professionals. Drawing on his experience as both an athletic trainer and physician, his goal is to help patients recover efficiently, stay active, and continue doing what they love.
