Marzena Villacorta, APN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C. Marzena completed her advanced practice nursing education at Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, where she received specialized training in adult and geriatric primary care. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she practiced for many years as a registered nurse in high-acuity settings and community-based environments. She is also an Immunoglobulin Certified Nurse and a Medical-Surgical Certified Nurse, and holds multiple additional certifications that support her comprehensive clinical practice, including IVIG therapy, wound care, preventive health, and certification as a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner through the FMCSA National Registry.
Her clinical interests include preventive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health, geriatrics, wellness and lifestyle medicine, infusion therapy, and occupational health services, including DOT physical examinations for commercial drivers. She enjoys caring for adults of all ages and values building long-term relationships with multi-generational families.
